Gulen Movement's lobbying, first on it's list is Oil Rich Azerbaijan

Gulen's Turkic American Alliance is putting extra time in for oil - rich Azerbaijan.  They gave a US-Azerbaijan Convention inviting every politician they could.  Many showed up but lets see what these US politicians are really going to do for Azerbaijan. 
The Gulen Movement via Turquoise Council out of Texas and their other lobbying has given over 200 free trips to Turkey and Azerbaijan.  Gulen Lobbyists have also tried to get state resolutions passed for Azerbaijan and have paid money to politicians to do so. 
Evidently it's not working too well, as Azerbaijan has sided with Erdogan on dismantling the power of Gulen in their country.
